Ad Operations Coordinator

Ayuda is looking for a talented and dynamic Ad Operations Coordinator to join our programmatic team in our Montreal office. The Ad Operations Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of digital ad campaign management. The ideal candidate had proven experience with ad product creation, planning, trafficking, monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting with significant expertise with mobile advertising campaigns.


  • Work with Ayuda ad sales team, agencies, advertisers to implement and oversee ad campaigns on DOOH and mobile.
  • Manage ad planning, trafficking, QA and reporting
  • Monitor campaigns throughout lifecycle, communicating with clients on issues as needed
  • Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance
  • Work closely with sales and tech on the creation and implementation of custom advertising solutions
  • Provide pre-implementation and post-implementation support to DOOH media owners
  • QA or troubleshoot 3rd party tags, HTML, and other advertiser-provided creatives
  • Opportunity to develop and build out exciting new product offerings for cross-screen DOOH and mobile
  • Provide technical support to advertisers, Media Owners and others via phone and email
  • Coordinate with our product development team to provide assistance in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues
  • Stay abreast of current and upcoming technology product capabilities


  • 2 years of experience with location-based mobile campaigns and RTB ecosystems
  • Strong experience with mobile demand side platform (DSP) such as DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM), Adelphic, PocketMath, Smaato
  • Strong experience with location data platforms such as Factual, Placed, PlaceIQ and location-based targeting
  • Experience in ad serving and ad management technologies such as DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP)
  • Experience using third party ad serving vendors like DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM) and Sizmek
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Superb general troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners
  • Strong project management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment

Additional Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with various ad networks and exchanges, implementing passback strategies
  • Experience managing multiple high-dollar advertising campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiarity with HTML and Javascript code
  • Excel skills to review and analyze advertising performance reporting
  • BS or equivalent (computer science, engineering, or related) preferred
